" I began my journey in real estate not by choice, but by responsibility. As the eldest son in my family, I stepped into the business world early to support my home and shoulder responsibilities that life placed before me. What started as a necessity soon became a purpose.
When I entered the real estate market, I witnessed widespread malpractice—multiple registrations on a single land, incomplete documentation, and broken promises that shattered people’s trust. That reality disturbed me deeply. I made a clear decision: if I am to work in real estate, it will only be with honesty, legality, and absolute transparency.
I started independently—handling land identification, plotting, verification, and client dealings on my own. Trust was not easy to earn. Investors hesitated, questioned, and took time. But I stood firm. I ensured every deal was backed by proper legal documents, verified titles, and clear communication. Slowly, trust followed.
Through consistent hard work, ethical practices, and client-first thinking, I built a strong team and a loyal customer base. To date, I have successfully facilitated the sale of over 200 acres of land across multiple locations, serving 1,000+ customers, many of whom remain connected with me not just as clients, but as long-term relationships.
The year 2020 marked an emotional turning point in my life with the loss of my father. It was a difficult phase for my family and me, but it also strengthened my resolve. I returned to my work with renewed focus—driven by responsibility, resilience, and faith.
For me, money has never been the true measure of success. Earning and preserving people’s trust matters far more. Even when a customer faces challenges in meeting commitments, I believe in standing by them—offering relief, flexibility, and support—because relationships matter more than transactions.
The name Shamazzo carries deep personal meaning. It is inspired by the initials of my parents, making this company not just a business, but a legacy built on values they instilled in me. I always believed that once I earned the trust of over 1,000 customers, I would formalize this journey—and that belief led to the incorporation of Shamazzo Real Estate Private Limited.
My dream is bold yet clear: to build Shamazzo into a leading Pan-India real estate company, expand globally through strategic partnerships, create employment opportunities for many, and serve millions of customers with integrity and excellence.

Born in 1996 in Aurangabad, my journey has been defined by responsibility, patience, and a deep respect for people’s trust. Very early I realised that real estate is never just about land or transactions—it is about relationships, long-term commitment, and standing with people when it truly matters.
In the early days of client building, the struggle was real. Clients took time—sometimes weeks, sometimes months—to decide. There were days when meetings were scheduled late at night, during heavy rain, or at unexpected hours. Yet, I showed up every time. Not because it was easy, but because patience is the foundation of trust, and trust cannot be rushed.
I believe leadership is not built in comfort—it is built in consistency. Every delayed decision, every tough conversation, and every challenge taught me how to listen better, think long-term, and act responsibly. From the beginning, my focus has been on building new customer relationships—meeting people face to face, understanding their concerns, and guiding them with clarity.
